After running my first marathon with mixed results, I decided to look for a structured plan with support for my next race. Chanty designed a 9-week training program tailored to my expectations. We had weekly follow-up sessions to track my progress and make adjustments for the following sessions. The improvements in performance were noticeable and helped me run my next half marathon in under 2 hours!

Chanty was my running coach to prepare me for the Miami and Fort Lauderdale Half Marathons in 2024. In just 3 months, she took me from not being able to run one single mile without stopping for air to consistently being able to run sub 2 hour half marathons. From the combination of targeted and focused training plans, to tips and advice around the other 90% that running entails (gels, sleep, hydration, shoes, anti chafe, etc), Chanty was amazing in every way – providing daily guidance and check ins with no exception. I could not recommend Chanty more if you are training for your first or 100th race as I guarantee you will be shocked with the results she will deliver!
